The Level Group in Milan is seeking three Product Development & Production Specialists to support Roberto Cavalli’s operating organization. You will coordinate development and production for assigned collections, liaise with suppliers, manage prototypes and approvals, and ensure quality and on-time delivery across the product lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fashion/luxury product development or production, strong organizational skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Product Development, Production or Product Management within fashion/luxury.
• Mandatory experience in the fashion/luxury industry.
• Strong knowledge of apparel product development and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to coordinate multiple launches.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Coordinate development and production process for the assigned collection from briefing through bulk production.
• Manage the critical path and ensure development milestones and deadlines are met.
• Liaise daily with suppliers, manufacturers and external partners to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Coordinate prototype development, sample reviews, fittings and product approvals with Design and Product Development teams.

As part of the ongoing development of the new Roberto Cavalli Operating organization, The Level Group is building a dedicated Operations team to support the brand’s product lifecycle from product development through production and delivery.

We are looking for three talented Product Development & Production Specialists to join our team in Milan. This role will be dedicated to one of the Group’s collections (Roberto Cavalli, Just Cavalli or Outlet) and will be responsible for coordinating the product development and production process from collection handover through final delivery, ensuring quality, timing and cost objectives are achieved.

Working closely with Design, Purchasing, Production, Quality and external suppliers, you will play a key role in bringing each collection to life while ensuring operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate the development and production process for one of the assigned collections from initial briefing through bulk production.
• Manage the critical path, ensuring all development milestones and production deadlines are achieved.
• Liaise daily with suppliers, manufacturers and external partners to monitor production progress and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate prototype development, sample reviews, fittings and product approvals in collaboration with Design and Product Development teams.
• Monitor production planning, ensuring alignment between collection calendars and supplier capacity.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Quality Control and Compliance teams to guarantee product quality, technical compliance and on-time delivery.
• Identify potential production risks and proactively implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate product information and production documentation within company systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development and production processes.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Development, Production or Product Management within the fashion or luxury industry.
• Previous experience in the fashion/luxury industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of apparel product development and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple product launches simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
