The Level Group in Milan is seeking a Product Master Data Specialist to manage BOMs, product codes and technical data across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with Development, Production, Purchasing and Planning teams to ensure accurate data and timely information for new collection launches.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in product master data roles within fashion/luxury, strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/PLM systems.

• 2+ years of experience in Product Master Data or related roles.
• Fashion/luxury industry experience mandatory.
• Experience managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ERP/PLM data.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ERP/PLM familiarity.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.

As part of the ongoing development of the new Roberto Cavalli Operating organization, The Level Group is building a dedicated Operations team to support the brand's product lifecycle from product development through production and delivery.

We are looking for a talented Product Master Data Specialist (BOM & Master Data) to join our team in Milan. This role will be responsible for managing product master data throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and completeness of Bills of Materials (BOMs), product codes and technical information that support Product Development, Production, Purchasing and Planning activities.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional attention to detail with a solid understanding of fashion product structures and ERP processes, playing a key role in ensuring reliable data across all operational functions.

What you'll do:

• Create, maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), product master data and product structures throughout the product lifecycle.

• Manage product codes, material master data, color variants, size scales and technical product information within the company's ERP and PLM systems.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of product master data across all business systems.

• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Purchasing, Production, Planning and Quality teams to guarantee timely and accurate product information.

• Support new collection launches by ensuring all product data is correctly created and maintained according to seasonal calendars.

• Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies and proactively implement corrective actions.

• Produce reports and support cross-functional analyses related to product data and operational processes.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product master data governance, processes and system efficiency.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Master Data, Product Operations, Product Lifecycle Management or similar roles.

• Previous experience in the fashion/luxury industry is mandatory.

• Experience managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), product master data and ERP systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP and/or PLM platforms is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
