Moncler Group is seeking a Transport Operations Control Specialist to join our Logistics Strategic Planning & Integration Department at our Milan HQ. You will support the Worldwide Transport Director in global transportation operations control of finished products, components, and materials, driving end-to-end shipment coordination and optimization.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics, a Business/ Economics/Finance/Management Eng degree, English fluency, and strong MS Office skills.

Competenze

• 3+ years in supply chain/logistics within a multinational
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering
• Fluency in English
• Strong competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experience in monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions

Mansioni

• Oversee and coordinate transportation activities for end-to-end shipments of finished goods, components and materials, liaising with freight forwarders and monitoring KPIs/SLAs.
• Lead special projects and non-standard operational tasks, participate in business reviews with logistics partners and internal teams to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain coordination and monitoring tools, facilitate internal meetings, and keep action plans updated with timelines and responsibilities.
• Define and implement new tools, processes, projects, and SOPs to improve service quality, reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and streamline operations.

Overview

For our Logistics Strategic Planning & Integration Department, we are looking for a Transport Operations Control Specialist to join the Transport team based at our HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

The resource will support the Worldwide Transport Director in all activities related to the global transportation operations control of finished products, components, and materials, supporting the Group’s business activities worldwide.

In particular, the Transport Operations Control Specialist will be responsible for:

• oversee and coordinate transportation activities, ensuring efficient end-to-end management of shipments for finished goods, components, and materials; work closely with freight forwarders, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and define corrective actions when needed.
• manage special projects and non-standard operational tasks, taking part in Business Reviews with logistics partners and internal departments to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• develop and maintain coordination and monitoring tools, facilitate internal meetings, and keep action plans updated with clear timelines and responsibilities.
• define and implement new tools, processes, projects, and SOPs, aiming to improve service quality, reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and streamline operations.

Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For:

• At least 3 years of working experience in a supply chain/logistics environment within a multinational company
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering
• Fluency in English
• Strong competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing KPIs and implementing corrective actions
