Essential Ingredients is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely movement of products across the distribution network. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to maintain service levels and resolve issues.

Competenze

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations coordination preferred.
• Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP for order/inventory/logistics activities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication across systems (ERP, email, spreadsheets).
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support on-time delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on status, ETAs, delays, and issues.
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and internal transfers as needed.
• Track shipments and identify/resole logistics exceptions or disruptions.
• Maintain shipping documentation and logistics records.
• Support inventory movements and reconcile shipment or inventory discrepancies.
• Provide logistics updates to Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Relations teams.
• Assist with logistics reporting, process improvements, and special projects.
• Escalate risks or service concerns to Logistics leadership when appropriate.
