HEAD WaterSports, headquartered in Milan, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our Sportswear team and support both HEAD Sportswear and Le Col brands. You will coordinate with warehouses, carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, strong Excel and SAP skills, and fluency in Italian with good English. You’ll contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, international environment.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain.
• Good knowledge of transportation, warehouse and order-to-delivery processes.
• Experience with international shipping, 3PL warehouses and customs procedures.
• Knowledge of UK logistics dynamics and regulations is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (SAP).
• Fluent in Italian and good command of English.

• Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities and customer deliveries.

• Monitor orders from release to delivery, proactively managing delays and operational issues.

HEAD is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Sportswear team in Milan.

Operating from our Milan HQ, the team manages both the HEAD Sportswear category (Tennis and Ski apparel) and Le Col, our premium cycling apparel brand.

We are seeking a candidate to support and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations for both brands. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, warehouses, carriers, and logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities and customer deliveries.
