Head Watersports cerca un/una Product Development Intern per supportare lo sviluppo di abbigliamento tecnico per ciclismo presso l’ufficio di Milano. Il ruolo comprende gestione campioni, aggiornamento BOM e dati prodotto in PLM/ERP, e coordinamento con Design, Merchandising e Produzione per rispettare le tempistiche.

Requisiti: formazione in Fashion Design o Textile Technology, conoscenza di Excel e Adobe, inglese fluente; passione per il ciclismo è un plus.

Competenze

• Formazione in Fashion Design o Textile Technology o titolo correlato.
• Conoscenza di costruzione di capi e materiali tecnici.
• Inglese fluente; capacità di lavorare con i software Excel e Adobe.

Mansioni

• Gestione campioni e documentazione tecnica.
• Aggiornamento BOM e dati prodotto in PLM/ERP.
• Coordinamento con Design, Merchandising e Produzione per rispettare le tempistiche di sviluppo.
• Monitorare lo stato di sviluppo per garantire consegna di abbigliamento tecnico di alta performance.

Product Development Intern

As a leading global player in the sports equipment industry, HEAD offers exciting opportunities for ambitious talents. We are currently seeking a Product Development Intern for our cycling apparel brand, Le Col.

Based in our Milano office, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Development team across the entire lifecycle of high-performance technical apparel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sample management and technical documentation.
• Update Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage product data in PLM/ERP systems.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams (Design, Merchandising, Production) to ensure development timelines are met.
• Monitor development status to support the successful delivery of high-performance cycling apparel.

Candidate Requirements

• Education in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related fields.
• Foundational knowledge of garment construction and technical materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Package.
• Fluency in English.
• A genuine passion for cycling or technical performance apparel is highly desirable.

Pay range and compensation package

• Internship duration: 6 months
• Work location: Milano
• Total compensation: €6,000. Ticket Restaurant included.
