McDermott International is seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee the LNG facility area, coordinating multi-contractor on-site teams to meet schedule and budget. The role emphasizes safety culture, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration across sites and phases.

Responsibilities include leading field delivery, maintaining the Project Execution Plan, managing risks, and ensuring MDR compliance while driving productivity and cost control in a demanding energy

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent on-the-job experience
• 15–20 years of experience in industrial construction projects with knowledge of Construction Planning
• Experience on construction sites with detailed work planning processes
• Knowledge of AWP project management methodology and lifecycle phases
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and Access)
• Experience in MDR procedures and standards

• Lead on-site construction delivery and manage changes to the plan to meet schedule and cost goals
• Formulate and execute a robust construction plan; oversee safety, quality, client interface, and labor productivity
• Act as front-line business manager; coordinate on-site operations and support functions
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plan; ensure all reports, meetings, and approvals are documented
• Manage risks, control scope changes, and verify contractor progress against contract commitments
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure availability of labor, equipment, and materials
• Monitor cost, schedule, and productivity; communicate deviations and corrective actions
• Promote a constructive MDR-compliant culture and ensure timely training and policy enforcement
