Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in Construction.
• Moderate knowledge of MDR construction procedures, progress systems, material management systems, document management, and timekeeping systems.
• Knowledge of MS Office skills, specifically with Excel, and Access.
• Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Respected for uncompromising integrity, work ethic, and professionalism.
• Energetic with a positive and enthusiastic disposition, possessing a can-do attitude.
• Project-focused, values-oriented, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead site construction activities in accordance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Home Office Engineering, Construction, Subcontracting, Procurement and Project Controls to plan, set up and enable site Subcontractor works.
• Coordinate with the Completions Manager on discipline activity.
• Coordinate with site QA/QC Lead on final inspection and punch list, red-line drawings to show as-build conditions; perform engineering activities to develop/complete design; prepare/answer RFIs and Field Work Order Requests.
• Support the set up and administration of the AWP system for site activities.
