TeamSystem S.p.A. is seeking a Litigation Specialist to support civil and commercial matters for our international tech client base. You will provide day-to-day legal advice and manage disputes, liaising with external counsel where needed.

Focus on pre-litigation and settlements, drafting and negotiating contracts, and coordinating with public authorities. Fluency in English and Italian is required, with a proactive and independent working style in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M. equivalent) and qualification to practice law (Admitted to the Bar).
• Current active registration with the Bar Association.
• Prior experience in civil litigation.
• Strong disposition to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and constantly growing environment.
• Proactive approach, independence, and ability to work towards target goals.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to support various business functions on civil and commercial law matters.
• Participate in and directly manage out-of-court dispute resolution procedures.
• Manage pre-litigation claims, negotiations with opposing parties and the drafting of settlement agreements.
• Manage litigation matters (ordinary proceedings, special procedures, and domestic arbitrations) and liaise with external counsel.
• Manage relations with Public Authorities and assist with drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Manage payment workflows.

We also play a crucial role in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), providing legal advice and support at all stages of the process.

As Litigation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills and take part in challenging projects. In particular you will:

What skills are we looking for?

• Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M. equivalent) and qualification to practice law (Admitted to the Bar)

• Fluent English (C1); native or equivalent Italian proficiency
