CB Talents SP is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support customers of a digital bank on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. The move to Lisbon is bundled with travel and a fully managed relocation package.

The role requires fluent Italian and English (B2), 1+ year in banking or related finance sectors, and a willingness to rotate shifts. You will work on-site in Lisbon with a collaborative team and benefit from generous bonuses and a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and good English required.
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance.
• EU passport holder, so no visa needed.
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site.
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support customers of a digital banking service in Italian and English.
• Resolve account, payment, and product questions clearly and accurately.
• Work on-site in Lisbon with a team of colleagues.
