Job summary

Tavrion Dynamics is seeking fluent Italian speakers for a Social Media Customer Care role in Lisbon, Portugal, with September and October starts. You will be the voice of the brand across social media, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Eligibility to work in Portugal and availability for Lisbon are mandatory. The role offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with rotating 8-hour shifts, 12-month contract with renewal potential, and benefits

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
