Saipem is seeking a Liquidated Damages Officer to join our Supply Chain team in Milano. You will assess entitlement to LDs, calculate damages, notify suppliers, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive timely resolutions.

We require a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Law and 2–3 years in contract management or procurement, with strong English and MS Office skills. Occasional travel within Italy and abroad is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Law.
• 2–3 years of experience in Contract Management, Supply Chain or Procurement.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Technical knowledge of SAP, Teams, Outlook and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Assess contractual entitlement to Liquidated Damages and determine applicability.
• Calculate and validate Liquidated Damages with project data and records.
• Prepare LD notifications to suppliers and review supporting evidence.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Contract Managers to gather evidence.
• Support negotiations and closure of LD cases for favorable outcomes.
