ZOLL Medical Italia Srl is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (Apprentice) to monitor ECG data, support patients with technical issues, and document daily activities. The role involves coordination with Territory Managers and logistics to ensure smooth device exchanges.

The ideal candidate will be an Italian native with English fluency, proficient in Microsoft Office, and hold a scientific degree or cardiology technician certification. Office hours with after-hours rotations apply.

Competenze

• Native Italian speaker with fluency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
• University degree in scientific discipline or cardiology technician certification.

Mansioni

• Review detected arrhythmia ECG episodes and monitor data transmission.
• Provide patient technical support and coordinate with Territory Managers.
• Compile daily reports and document patient calls and resolutions.
• Handle hotline inquiries during office hours and rotate after hours.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for equipment exchanges.
• Perform device checks after new fittings.
