ZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager for Italy to drive LifeVest strategy and collaborate with the Italian field team. You will work with regional partners to deploy marketing programs, optimize market access, and support the brand in a dynamic European market.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device marketing, strong analytical and leadership skills, and fluency in English. Some travel and weekends will be expected in this high-visibility position.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing or field sales position.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; strong verbal and written communication skills, and well-honed interpersonal and leadership skills are required.
• Ability to interpret and convey clinical data required.
• Strong project management skills and an ability to work within a fast paced, high visibility role.
• Approximately 30% travel and some weekends required for this position.
• Fluent in written and spoken English language.
• Prior product management experience a benefit but not mandatory.
• Experience within the cardiac care healthcare arena a benefit but not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute LifeVest marketing strategy in Italy in collaboration with local leadership.
• Collaborate with field sales teams to support program execution and therapy adoption.
• Coordinate with EMEA Medical Education and KOL programs to build brand presence.
• Support market access and reimbursement discussions to improve access.
• Provide product, competitive and clinical data analyses to sales and training events.
• Engage with external partners to raise Zoll brand visibility at conferences and events.
• Monitor market segmentation and KPI-driven performance to focus commercial efforts.
