GE Aerospace Avio Aero is seeking a Through Life Support Engineer - Services Technology to improve service solutions by using fleet data to enhance engine performance across the lifecycle. The role emphasizes reliability, availability, maintenance, safety, and related service metrics.

Responsibilities include defining maintainability requirements, supporting fleet modeling for spare parts, and coordinating training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Clear, structured thinking and diligent work approach.
• Work Visa, per local regulations, is required.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsabilités

• Define maintainability requirements across design to In-Service support for maintenance planning (preventive, predictive, corrective).
• Support fleet modeling to determine spare parts requirements throughout the engine lifecycle.
• Define support and test equipment requirements (packaging, handling, storage, transport).
• Identify manpower and staffing needs for maintenance bases.
• Define training requirements for operators and for technical publications and related docs.
• Participate in cross-functional lean events to improve productivity in service contract execution.
