EF Education First is recruiting a Marketing Automation Specialist to own CRM and customer lifecycle communications. You’ll design and optimize automated journeys across Email, WhatsApp, SMS and other channels, collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to deliver personalized experiences.

You’ll bring 2+ years in Marketing Automation, strong copywriting, SQL and AMPScript knowledge, and fluency in English. This fully on-site role offers growth in a global, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Marketing Automation, CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
• Excellent copywriting with multi-channel adaptability.
• Strong written communication; attention to tone and customer experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Content Builder, Automation Studio).
• Solid experience building automated journeys and audience segmentation.
• Knowledge of SQL for data segmentation and analysis.
• Basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Understanding of CRM data models and data flows.
• Knowledge of dynamic content and AMPScript is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage automated journeys across Email, WhatsApp, SMS and other CRM channels.
• Own the copy to ensure consistency with EF's tone across channels.
• Drive lifecycle marketing from lead gen to post-travel and alumni touchpoints.
• Personalize experiences at scale using behavioral and demographic data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product to deliver multi-language journeys.
• Execute campaigns with quality assurance, testing and monitoring.
