EF Education First in Milan is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to own CRM and customer lifecycle communications. You’ll build, manage and optimize automated journeys across Email, WhatsApp, SMS and other channels, collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to drive measurable results.

You’ll work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, write copy, segment audiences and test ideas in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This onsite role offers growth and global exposure.

Competenze

• 2+ years of Marketing Automation, CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
• Excellent copywriting skills adaptable across channels.
• Strong written communication with focus on tone and customer experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Content Builder and Automation Studio preferred).
• Solid experience building automated journeys and audience segmentation.

Mansioni

• Design and optimize automated customer journeys across Email, WhatsApp, SMS and other CRM channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Own copy and ensure consistency with EF's tone of voice and brand guidelines.
• Drive lifecycle marketing from lead gen through post-travel and alumni touchpoints.
• Create audience segmentation and tailored experiences based on behavior, demographics and lifecycle stage.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product to deliver multi-language journeys.
