Parc at Piedmont, a Sonida Senior Living community, is hiring for a front-line care and guest services role focused on delivering exceptional resident care and service. You will interact with residents, families, staff, and visitors in a courteous manner and support resident independence according to individualized plans.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with residents, families, staff, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful manner.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
