Sonida Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help create a welcoming, safe, and caring home for our residents. You will work closely with the Parc at Piedmont team to deliver exceptional care and experience in our community.

Key duties include maintaining cleanliness, managing laundry services, and assisting with minor repairs. The role emphasizes a caring attitude, reliable attendance, and teamwork, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Formación

• Experience in janitorial/maintenance preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school graduate or GED preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules of Residents’ apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks.
• Performs housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
• Assures that other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitors their completion.
• Provides laundry services as needed and/or directed.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Monitors inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules of Residents’ apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks.
• Performs housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
• Assures that other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitors their completion.
• Provides laundry services as needed and/or directed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or guest service is preferred, but not required
• Required license/certification, if applicable
• A caring attitude and reliable attendance
• High school graduate or GED preferred
• Experience in janitorial/maintenance work preferred; familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems required.
• Experience in building safety and hazard reduction helpful
• Must be 18 years of age or older
