NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, Rome, is seeking a motivated Library Support Intern to join the library unit and assist its daily operations and services to students and faculty.

The role offers a 6-month full-time internship with €800 gross monthly reimbursement plus €8 meal vouchers; a knowledge of MS Office is required and Adobe Suite is a plus. An international, collaborative environment awaits in Rome.

Competenze

• Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support welcoming activities and opening/closing procedures.
• Provide front-desk assistance to students and faculty and guide on Library services.
• Assist in cataloguing and organization of library materials and student tutors' activities.
• Provide reception support and assist other offices during events.
