Job summary

NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome is seeking a motivated LIBRARY SUPPORT INTERN to join the library unit and support daily operations for students and faculty.

The intern will learn welcoming activities, front-desk assistance, cataloguing, and event support. The role offers a 6-month full-time internship with a monthly reimbursement and meal vouchers in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency (B2/C1).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to support the NABA community.

Responsibilities

• Support welcoming activities and opening/closing procedures.
• Provide front-desk assistance, welcome students and faculty and guide Library services.
• Assist in cataloguing books and theses and help organize student tutors' activities.
• Provide occasional reception duties and general assistance during events.
