Job summary

Givenchy is seeking an Industrialization Specialist for its Leather Goods department in Florence. You will oversee the industrialization phases, ensure technical feasibility at external suppliers, and provide hands-on technical support from prototyping to Master production, coordinating with pattern-making and development teams.

Fluent English is required with French a plus; 8+ years in luxury leather goods and strong CAD/PLM knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in similar luxury leather goods roles.
• Strong knowledge of CAD, model consultation and reading.
• Familiarity with PLM and MS Office.
• Good verbal and written English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow industrialization phases of leather goods products for MEN and WOMEN.
• Validate and archive Masters; supervise external supplier feasibility.
• Provide daily technical support at suppliers during pre- and Master production phases.
• Update PLM for tracking industrialization projects.
• Collaborate with pattern-making, prototyping and development teams.
• Support Quality and Production during Master validation.

PositionThe LG Industrialization Specialist will be part of Givenchy Leather Goods Department in Florence, reporting to the Industrialization Coordinator, working closely with other internal teams and external suppliers.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow the industrialization phases of leather goods products MEN and WOMEN
• Follow-up, validation and archiving of the Masters
• Supervise the industrialization process, ensuring technical feasibility at external suppliers
• Daily technical support at suppliers during the pre-industrialization phase and during the Master production phase
• Reading an updating PLM,used for follow-up industrialization projects
• Work closely with the pattern-making, prototyping and development departments starting from prototyping and sampling to provide technical support
• Collaborate with Qualityand Production during Master validation

Profile
