Givenchy in Florence is seeking an Industrialization Specialist for the Leather Goods Department. You will oversee industrialization phases for men’s and women’s leather goods, ensure technical feasibility with external suppliers, and provide hands-on support through pre‑industrialization and Master production stages.

You will work closely with pattern making, prototyping and development teams, reading PLM updates and supporting quality and production during Master validation.

Competenze

• 8+ years experience in luxury leather goods roles.
• Prototyping experience essential.
• Knowledge of CAD, model consultation and reading.
• English proficiency required; French a plus.
• Experience with PLM is a plus.

Mansioni

• Follow the industrialization phases of leather goods products MEN and WOMEN.
• Validate and archive Masters; supervise external supplier feasibility.
• Provide daily technical support at suppliers during pre‑industrialization and Master production phases.
• Read and update PLM for industrialization projects.
• Collaborate with pattern-making, prototyping and development teams from prototyping to sampling.
• Coordinate with Quality and Production during Master validation.
