Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist for the Levante markets on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will develop and manage the demand plan across Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine and Syria, aligning commercial plans with supply planning to improve product availability and service levels.

You will analyze forecasts to identify trends, drive consensus, and translate market insights into actionable demand signals for robust supply planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Chain or Commercial Planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review forecasts at product, brand, category and market level.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias and provide corrective actions.
• Track inventory and stock coverage, highlight risks like overstock or stockouts, and support responses.
