Key Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering advice to clients
• Work in local and international teams of lawyers
• Conduct legal research and case law studies
• Handle specialist financing matters including export credit finance, international trade finance, and general corporate loans
• Advise on shipping and maritime matters
• Advise on development and financing of renewable energy and infrastructure projects both in Italy and abroad

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduated in law
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of a third language is a plus
• Passion for client service
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, technical, and drafting skills
