Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Milan team. The role focuses on high level legal support for Italian and East European projects, including M&A, EPC/OM contracts, and cross-border transactions in the renewable energy sector.
You will work with external law firms, manage budgets, and advise on regulatory and contractual matters across Italy and Eastern Europe. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

The starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is 48,200 Eur, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
The final compensation may reflect the candidate’s relevant experience and competencies, in line with the Company’s remuneration framework.
