Belmond seeks a legal professional to support its in-house Legal & Corporate Integrity team for Southern Europe. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, provide proactive legal support across departments, and coordinate litigation with external firms in a premium hospitality context.

Admitted to Italian law with 2-3 years PQE and strong English are essential, with GDPR/231/2001 compliance focus and cross-department collaboration. Growth opportunities are highlighted.

Competenze

• Admitted to practice Italian law.
• 2-3 years PQE in a reputable law firm or in-house.
• Essential experience in commercial contract law.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Regulatory compliance knowledge incl. GDPR and Decree 231/2001.
• Hospitality/travel or luxury sector experience advantageous.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts (supplier, client, partnership, service agreements) in compliance with laws and internal policies.

In this role, you will support Belmond’s legal and corporate integrity efforts for its luxury train and hotel businesses in Southern Europe. You will work within the in-house Legal & Corporate Integrity team to manage contracts, provide business-facing legal advice, and coordinate complex compliance programs. You’ll help mitigate risk across operations, finance, sales, marketing, and HR while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. This position offers exposure to international, fast-paced environments and opportunities to shape legal strategy in a premium hospitality context.
