SRG Residential is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for our 332-unit community in Sona. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the property management industry with a premier team.

Duties include supervising leasing consultants, developing and updating the marketing plan, monitoring market conditions, and striving to meet budgeted occupancy and income. Strong communication, weekend availability, and team leadership are required; knowledge of Yardi CRM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience required.
• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Team-oriented with supervisory experience a must.
• Weekend availability required.
• Familiarity with Yardi CRM or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing consultants and support staff; set goals and provide coaching.
• Develop and monitor the marketing plan and collateral updates.
• Monitor market conditions and build relationships with prospect sources.
• Review rent recommendations and strive to meet occupancy and income targets.
• Adhere to company policies and handbooks.
