You will facilitate tours, process applications, and maintain leasing records while upholding Cardinal's standards of service. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and help achieve 100% occupancy.
• Greet prospective clients, discuss needs, present community and homes.
• Process lease applications and maintain lease-file documentation.
• Assist with planning community events and related projects.
• Follow Cardinal leasing procedures and complete training as required.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with residents and vendors.
