Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs remotely on a full-time basis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.

The contract is up to 12 months with possible extension. The role focuses on creating engaging materials, delivering live and virtual sessions, and measuring program impact to drive business performance for a global Information

Competenze

• Experience developing training programs for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze training data and measure impact.
• Instructional design principles experience is preferred.
