Fedrigoni Group is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Engineer to support the Plant manager and the Head of Operational Excellence at the Arco di Trento site. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, balance speed of impact with cultural change, and work in a dynamic, international environment to strengthen operational performance.

You will lead Lean Transformation streams, map and standardize processes, and own KPI reporting to accelerate productivity and profitability while coordinating

• Follow Lean Transformation initiatives across plants, engaging all functions at all levels.
• Coordinate and sustain tasks within Lean Transformation project streams to improve OEE, reduce waste and cost.
• Map, improve and standardize processes to enhance plant and machine efficiency with structured problem solving and RCCAs.
• Support governance of the operational excellence program including standardized work, Gemba walks, KPI visualization, and action-oriented meetings.
• Own the local KPI system and report progress and customer impact to plant manager and central team.
• Develop partnerships with cross-function stakeholders to feed the central strategic roadmap of Operational Excellence.
• Define and track the connection between operative KPIs and the plant P&L to focus on customer needs and productivity.
