Job summary

Dr. Schär in Italy is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to lead short- and medium-term production planning at global level, monitor inventory and schedule production.

You will collaborate with local plant managers and supply chain planners, manage production material supply, and participate in development projects related to production plants and internal SCM initiatives. The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics or Engineering, 1–2 years in SCM or manufacturing, strong teamwork, and English;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Economics, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 1–2 years in supply chain, inventory management, production planning, distribution or forecasting.
• Strong teamwork and proactive attitude; able to balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor short- and medium-term production plans at global level, including inventory and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planners and local plant managers.
• Direct or indirect management of production material supply in quantities and timing.
• Engage in development projects related to production plants and internal SCM initiatives.
