Job summary

Copeland Belluno site is seeking a motivated Lean Manufacturing Engineer to join the Operations team onsite. You will support the Copeland Business System (CBS) implementation and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities include facilitating Kaizen events, tracking KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to cost reduction through waste elimination and standardization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 1-2 years in Lean Manufacturing, CI, or process/manufacturing engineering.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical abilities.
  • Native Italian and intermediate English required; cross‑functional work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support CBS implementation and monitor continuous improvement actions and KPIs.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops using Lean methods.
  • Support cross-functional projects tracking Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
  • Contribute to cost reduction via process optimization, waste elimination, and standardization.
  • Support Lean Daily Management and follow-up actions; maintain standard work.
  • Analyze processes and data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate to drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
