We are looking for an experienced Lean Specialist to work on identifying, planning, support and executing activities to reduce and eliminate waste in order to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety among the processes related. Methodologies and tools like Kaizen approach, 5S+1, SMED, TPM/OEE, VSM, Work balance & Yamazumi, Shop Floor Management (Visual management), Problem Solving approach, LPA and others are very necessary to work within cross-functional teams, train people and support the initiatives.
You will work in 5 days Onsite from our Breganze site Italy.

Applicable salary range: €32,000 – €59,000 gross annual salary
The compensation range specified in this job posting represents an indicative range for the role. Final remuneration will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
