De'Longhi Group is seeking a Lean/Process Engineering motivated individual to contribute ideas and implement lean projects such as 5S, Kaizen, and layout optimizations. You will promote the Lean philosophy across Quality, Operations and Process Engineering and develop training on lean concepts.

The role emphasizes turning problems into solutions, staying well organized, and collaborating with teams to drive improvements within the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Economics.
• Passion for Lean Production, Operations and Innovations.
• Well organized and team player.
• Able to turn problems in solutions.
• Good/Basic knowledge of the main cyber security and information protection principles.

Mansioni

• Contribute with ideas and know-how to Lean projects: 5S, Kaizen, layout optimizations.
