Join Nidec as a Junior Continuous Improvement Engineer. You will learn and drive Lean transformation across our electromechanical manufacturing sites in Europe, starting from hands-on Kaizen activities and DMS deployment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian and English, comfortable with 50-75% travel, and eager to grow as an Operational Excellence professional within our European team. This entry-level role offers exposure to real-world process improvement.

Competenze

• Italian and English language proficiency required.
• Willing to travel across Europe (50-75%).
• Strong communication and easy integration in different environments.
• Basic knowledge of Lean tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality areas.

Mansioni

• Support lean transformation in electromechanical manufacturing and admin processes.
• Participate in Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, problem solving).
• Analyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes in the process flow.
• Support implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deployment.
• Learn and apply Lean methodologies through hands-on involvement.
