Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Lead Teacher – Software Development & AI (Full‑Stack) based in Europe to deliver an intensive, practice‑driven software engineering and AI curriculum for university students. You will lead live sessions, mentor students, and guide capstone projects while integrating AI responsibly into development workflows.

The role is a fully remote, 40‑hour weekly freelance contractor position with three on‑site trips to Baku, Azerbaijan, to deliver the international programme.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience in full‑stack web development or software engineering.
• Experience teaching or mentoring students in related bootcamps, university programs, or technical training.
• Strong backend with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JWT, and microservices/messaging tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live lectures, demonstrations, and coding sessions for full‑stack development and AI.
• Plan lessons, adapt materials, and align with the programme syllabus.
• Supervise hands‑on projects including capstone and mid‑bootcamp work.
• Teach responsible AI practices and integration of AI tools in workflows.
• Assess student work, provide feedback, and run Q&A sessions.
• Lead with TA and coordinate with programme managers and clients.
