Job summary

Ayana Hospitality in Puglia seeks a proactive Supervisor – Solar Panel to oversee the operation and maintenance of the resort’s solar power system. You will lead a Solar Panel Tradesman, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure safe, compliant installation, testing and maintenance of PV equipment.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in a technical field, with at least 2 years in solar or electrical maintenance, and a proven track record in leadership and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/renewable energy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in solar PV, electrical systems, or engineering maintenance.
• Experience in senior technician/foreman/supervisor roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Solar Panel Tradesman.
• Assign tasks, provide work instructions, and set priorities.
• Ensure work complies with SOPs, permits and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, HSE, and Operations.
• Oversee installation of solar panels, wiring, inverters, battery systems, and monitoring devices.
• Inspect installation quality and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Support testing, commissioning and functional checks.
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain records and reports for inspections and maintenance.
• Provide guidance and training to team members.
