Vertiv Holdings in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy, seeks a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to join the team responsible for assessing new converter architectures and components. You will help develop power products that meet company goals and customer needs while collaborating with service, manufacturing, and procurement.
You will analyze conversion topologies, perform lab tests to verify performance, and prepare detailed technical documents. Travel up to 10% and English communication are required.

The Power Converter Engineer will be part of the team in charge of assessing new converter architectures and components. The Power Converter Engineer will help in the development of power products that meet company goals, customer needs, and industry standards. The Power Converter Engineer will collaborate with teams like service, manufacturing, and procurement to address issues throughout the design process.

The anticipated salary range for this role in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy is between 48.000 to 60.000 gross per year (based on a full-time working week). Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits. Where applicable, a comprehensive overview of the full benefits package and any additional compensation will be provided during the recruitment process in accordance with local legal requirements. Compensation is determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
The applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for this role is Metalmeccanico Industria #LI-DP1
