Nestlé Purina Italy is seeking a Lead Project Engineer, Logistics Automation for a greenfield Mantova facility. You will lead engineering, commissioning and handover of a highly automated distribution center as part of a major capital program, coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical, automation and IT/OT teams to ensure readiness and safe operation.
The role requires a strong project-management mindset, fluency in English (Italian a plus), and a deep knowledge of intralogistics, automation
Competenze
- University degree in engineering disciplines (Logistics, Automation, Mechanical, Processes, Industrial engineering or similar).
- In-depth knowledge of logistics, automation engineering and digital logistics operations.
- Fluency in English is required; a good level of Italian would be a plus.
Mansioni
- Lead the engineering, implementation, commissioning, operational readiness, ramp-up and handover of a highly automated logistics project.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, contractors and partners through the full project lifecycle.
- Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production integration of logistics automation with manufacturing operations and utilities.
