Nestlé Purina Italy, Greenfield Project Mantova, seeks a Project Leader - Automation Systems (AGVs) to manage technical delivery of capital investment projects from design through commissioning. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate suppliers to ensure safety, quality and timely startup.

The role requires about 3 years as leader/senior engineer in capital investment in food industry, strong intralogistics exposure, and fluent English; Italian is a plus.

Competenze

• 3 years of leadership/senior engineer experience in capital investment project development and implementation in the food industry.
• Experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams in a project or manufacturing environment.
• Factory operations exposure with emphasis on end-of-line integration, material handling and intralogistics.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Manage and execute the technical delivery of capital investment projects from design to start-up.
• Ensure AGV solutions cover intralogistics and end-of-line integration and are embedded from design through ramp-up.
• Coordinate suppliers/contractors, conduct FAT/SAT assessments, and ensure safety and operational readiness.
