Nestlé Purina Italy seeks a Logistics Lead Engineer to orchestrate the design, installation and ramp-up of major capital projects at the Mantova site, ensuring alignment with Nestlé safety and quality standards.

You will lead automation warehousing initiatives, optimize material flow and manage project budgets, while coaching teams and promoting a safe, inclusive work environment. Fluent English is required; Italian is a plus.

Competenze

• University degree in engineering disciplines (logistics, automation, mechanical, processes or industrial).
• 2+ years in automation warehousing projects and delivery.
• Fluency in English; Italian a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee design, installation and start-up of major capital projects in manufacturing.
• Provide expert technical assistance during commissioning of automated warehouse systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Apply Lean engineering to optimize material flow and reduce waste.
• Monitor project budget and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Coach staff on safety and Nestlé rules; promote inclusive teamwork.
