Silversea is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to lead and oversee all pastry and bakery operations aboard our luxury vessels. You will ensure the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service across breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner, and special events.

The role requires 4+ years in a similar 5-star setting, extensive knowledge of international pastry cuisine, and strict adherence to Public Health and safety guidelines.

Competenze

• Valid STCW95 certification is required.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar pastry position at an International 5-star establishment.
• Excellent knowledge of international pastry cuisine and presentation.

Mansioni

• Supervise all pastry and bakery operations to maintain top quality and efficiency.
• Oversee preparation of pastries, desserts, bakery items for all meals and events.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and maintenance of recipe manuals.
