Job summary

Electrolux Professional Group seeks a Software Project Leader to guide the design and delivery of electronic control platforms for professional appliances. You will drive firmware and software development, coordinate across sites, and act as Technical Product Owner to align priorities with customer needs.

You will lead a diverse team across firmware, software, and SQA, applying AI tools to improve efficiency while ensuring schedules and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in FW and SW coding principles and best practices.
• Leadership experience in a software development environment.
• Embedded Systems development including microcontrollers, peripherals, protocols, real-time constraints.
• Ability to convert high-level requirements into structured technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Proficient in applying AI technologies across the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile and Product Owner responsibilities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management in an international environment.
