Alabama Grading & Excavation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage multi‑discipline teams, maintain budgets, schedules, and safety while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

The role demands a results‑driven, proactive leader who can navigate fast‑paced environments and deliver high‑quality work on time and within budget.

Competenze

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil and/or commercial construction project management.
• Proven success delivering ground‑up, infrastructure, roadway, utility, or site development projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction means and methods, project controls, contracts, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 preferred

Mansioni

• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution for heavy civil and commercial projects.
• Lead internal and external teams including superintendents, project engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, state, and local agencies.
• Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
