Aureate Development is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 5–10 years in commercial construction PM, proficiency with Procore and PM tools, and OSHA 30 certification. PMP/CCM is a plus; strong leadership and communication are essential.

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven experience managing commercial projects valued from $1M–$50M+.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, P6, Autodesk, Bluebeam).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Financial and contractual acumen.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with strong client-service orientation.

Job Description:

Position Terms / Expected Hours of Work:

Salaried employees are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week during a busy season in some cases this position will require work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
