Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory level B2 or above) with testing during the selection process.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint (revisions and timed presentations).
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of other European languages (Portuguese, Spanish, French, German).

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Management: define and execute lead gen programs to grow the pipeline and for customer growth.
• Outreach and Social Media: provide and update contact lists for outbound providers.
• Content Creation: create online and offline graphics (Canva) and develop buyer persona content.
• Website Management: update and optimise the company website for lead generation and SEO; manage WordPress.
• Processes and Systems: implement tools for increased sales effectiveness and liaise with external providers.
• Technical Tools and Platforms: be the primary user of tools like Brevo, MeetAlfred, WordPress; define MAR-TECH stack.
• Reporting and Administration: monitor costs and support marketing and sales strategy development.
