Kanadevia Inova is seeking a Project Lead Engineer Civil for Renewable Gas projects across Europe and Italy. The role focuses on leading civil scope within EPC civil works or consortium schemes, managing design concepts and subcontractor contracts.

The position requires a civil/structural engineering background with 5+ years’ experience in large-scale industrial projects, strong knowledge of European codes, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; 5+ years’ EPC/consortium project design experience.
• Solid knowledge of European codes and standards in civil design and construction.
• Proficient in structural design software and 3D modelling tools (Revit, Navis).
• Strong project management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Lead civil engineering for RG projects in Europe and Italy within EPC/civil consortium setups.
• Develop civil design concepts and input for consultants (civil, structural, architectural).
• Assist in subcontractor contracts and negotiations; contribute to contractual conditions.
• Report to project management; support progress tracking and claims.
• Travel up to 10% of time.
