Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions regarding origin, vintage, and style of wines.
• Check stock and requisition supplies; restock bottles and liquor as needed.
• Prepare drinks to recipes using measuring systems and serve wine/champagne.
• Count bank at shift end, complete cashier reports, and secure cash.
• Ensure staff teamwork and uphold safety policies and procedures.
