Hashlist is seeking a Lead System Integration Engineer to own test strategy and guide validation teams across complex automotive programmes. The role requires leadership in V&V coordination, test concept development, and hands-on validation activities within hybrid settings.

You will drive end-to-end testing strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality metrics for E/E architectures, ADAS, infotainment, and telematics domains.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of technical leadership in systems architecture/vehicle network development and industrialization.
• Hands-on experience with vehicles, SIL/HIL benches and test environments.

Mansioni

• Develop a test strategy for a technical domain and/or project.
• Lead and coordinate all technical aspects of validation and verification for the organization.
• Define best practices for test concepts.
• Manage and execute validation & verification tasks across projects, coordinating multiple validation engineers.
• Develop and implement a detailed V&V system test concept with objectives, criteria and metrics.
